Allison Carter, M.D., is a board-certified OB/GYN specializing in Gynecology and Robotic Surgery at Women’s Healthcare of Norman. Dr. Carter is dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to the residents of Norman, Oklahoma, and surrounding communities.

Dr. Carter is a Norman, Oklahoma, native. She graduated summa cum laude in 2002 from the University of Oklahoma (OU) in Norman, Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in zoology and minoring in psychology. 

In 2006, Dr. Carter completed medical school, her Doctorate of Medicine, and her OB/GYN residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) in Oklahoma City.

Dr. Carter is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
